To kick off Cologne Jazzweek 2026, an unusual venue will serve as a concert hall: the storage facility for mobile flood barriers in Cologne-Rodenkirchen.
In the first set, saxophonist Luise Volkmann will present her new project, Folk Stories. Together with Anil Eraslan (cello) and Jordan White (guitar), she embarks on a musical journey exploring the connection between personal roots and the urban present.
